Kirk’s Comments: Condominium in Milpitas, not far BART and with good freeway access. Close to the Great Mall. We were at the auction and overheard someone say it may be an income restricted deed, but I have not found any evidence of that. |

Kirk’s Comments: One of two 20 acre farms this week. Hard to figure what the valuation is but this one does have a 1.3m commercial loan against it (we must check county records for a subordination agreement – if not, this is a steal).
