Kirk’s Comments: This is a duplex (2 properties) in San Francisco at an amazing price. So low that it makes you wonder whether it’s too good to be true (which usually ends in "yes, it’s too good to be true"). We will be conducting diligence on this one, but so far it looks straightforward. Bear in mind that it likely has tenants inside instead of an owner.

Note that HOA foreclosures usually include a 90 day right of redemption (meaning that the owner can redeem the property for 90 days from the original sale day, which is an additional 45 days).
